Think of a time when you were stressed or physically unwell. Maybe you didn’t have enough money, or you were single and dreamed of that perfect partner. Maybe you had a hangover and were so sick you couldn’t leave your bed. 

Say to yourself, “I remember when I was so sick. It feels so great to feel so healthy and happy now,” or “I remember when I was only making $1,000 a month, and it’s a great feeling to think that now I’m making three times that much.”

As soon as you start saying this to yourself, you will immediately start to feel better. What’s more, your personal vibration will be raised, and if what you say is not true, it can eventually become a reality.
